Catherine Condon BSc (Hons), MSc

Psychologist, Neuropsychologist

Catherine has a particular interest in supporting adults who are seeking to improve their psychological wellbeing, navigate life’s challenges, and pursue meaningful personal growth. She works collaboratively with individuals to develop greater psychological flexibility, self-awareness, resilience and confidence while strengthening their connection to their values, relationships, and what matters most to them.

Catherine offers brief, focused psychological intervention for individuals who would like assistance to address specific concerns. She also provides longer-term psychological therapy for individuals seeking to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping strategies, and work towards improved emotional wellbeing through compassionate self-reflection and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches.

Catherine welcomes enquiries from adults experiencing concerns including anxiety, perfectionism, excessive worry or overthinking, indecision, emotional distress, low confidence, burnout, relationship difficulties, adjustment to health challenges, and the demands of caregiving.

Catherine is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and culturally safe practice where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed, heard and valued. She welcomes people of all races, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, faiths and life experiences.
